OEM Development Workflow

Eight controlled phases — from brief to container.

A documented production lifecycle that compresses time-to-shelf without compromising safety, sound integrity, or material traceability.

  1. PHASE_01

    Concept

    5–10 days

Brief intake, audio architecture review, target-market compliance mapping, indicative BOM and tooling estimate.

  2. PHASE_02

    Prototyping

    10–20 days

3D-printed enclosures, breadboard sound logic, functional samples shipped for stakeholder validation.

  3. PHASE_03

    Mold Creation

    25–35 days

Steel tooling design, DFM iteration, acoustic chamber integration, T0 sample sign-off.

  4. PHASE_04

    PCB Integration

    10–15 days

Multi-layer PCB layout, component sourcing under approved vendor list, EMI containment design.

  5. PHASE_05

    Sound Programming

    5–15 days

Audio compression, voice library mastering, content-flash protocols, multilingual QC.

  6. PHASE_06

    Compliance Testing

    15–25 days

Pre-certification testing against EN71-1/2/3, ASTM F963, CPSIA, REACH, RoHS at accredited labs.

  7. PHASE_07

    Packaging

    10–15 days

Retail-ready cartons, gift boxes, protective inner trays, drop-tested for international shipping.

  8. PHASE_08

    Mass Production

    30–60 days

Dust-free SMT, ultrasonic welding, end-of-line acoustic and functional QC, container loading.
